As of June, CTech has implemented iLang: Residential Network and Apartment Management software for some urban areas and apartments in Hanoi including 262 Nguyen Huy Tuong and Vinaconex 1 - 289a Khuat Duy Tien.

 

Specifically, on June 28, 2020, at the Management Board of 262 Nguyen Huy Tuong apartment building, CTech had a meeting to deploy iLang software for the apartment.

Meeting content:

At the software deployment meeting, Mr. Bach Ngoc Tung - Director of CTech introduced iLang residential communication and apartment management software, highlighting the outstanding features that the software brings:

• Interaction with residents in the apartment building
• Transmitting and receiving information from the Management Board to residents
• Support a number of building management operations
• Electronic invoice payment
• Suggestions for inside and outside areas

Apartment Management Representative 262 Nguyen Huy Tuong highly appreciated the outstanding and useful features of iLang software, especially emphasizing the use of the software to solve current outstanding issues. At the same time, suggestions were given to improve the software. Immediately after the meeting, the software was transferred to 262 Management Board and residents of Nguyen Huy Tuong.

 

Earlier, in the first half of June, CTech also implemented and deployed iLang software in  Vinaconex 289a Khuat Duy Tien, Thanh Xuan, Hanoi. After a period of use, the software has received very good feedback from the residents and the Management Board, contributing to increased interaction between residents and improving the effectiveness of apartment management.

 

In the coming months, Ctech will deploy iLang at other properties both in Hanoi and HCMC:
