Participants were as follows:

-On the side of Quang Yen town: Representatives of town leaders and Quang Yen Town Urban Management Department (project appraisal unit)

-On the side of investors: the representative of the two investment partners of the project at 368 Industrial Investment and Development Joint Stock Company and Thang Long Export Investment Joint Stock Company.

-From the consultant unit (ACUD Company): Project manager, pertinent staff.

 

The consultant and investor delivered presentations on the revised contents according to the comments of the Department of Construction of Quang Ninh Province and detailed report of the contents of the project. The representative of the appraisal unit highly appreciated the research content of the consulting firm and provided comments and suggestions for further improvement to submit to Quang Yen Town People's Committee for approval.
